A few minutes from the port of San Vicente is the calm and beautiful Cape Engaño. On the way, you would pass by giant mountains. At first, the view is normal, unimpressive. You would even think you made the wrong decision to travel this far from Manila. But, hold your breath. The scenery will surprise you shortly. The sea would grow rougher, the waves louder and bigger, and the mountain forms more outrageous.

Palaui Island is known for its pristine beaches. In fact, Survivor has filmed two of their episodes here—“Survivor: Blood vs. Water” and “Survivor: Cagayan”.

At Cape Engaño, you can trek for a short 10-20 minutes to reach the lighthouse up the hills. @
